The Display 

Going Up/Down

Going Up/Down Press and hold the “+”/ “-” buttons until you reach the ideal height.

 

Memory Setting

  1. Adjust the desk to desired height.
  2. Press “M” and then press one of the “1/2/3” buttons to record the height in the  desired preset level.
  3. To overwrite an old record, simply repeat step 1 and 2.   

Screen Lock

  1. To lock the screen, press and hold “+” and “M“ together for 5 seconds. "Loc" will  appear in place of the number display.
  2. To unlock, press and hold “-” and “M” together for 5 seconds or until the number display reappears.   

Limit Height Setting

  1. To set the current height as the desk’s limit height,  press and hold “+” and “-”  together for 5 seconds until a “beep” sound. If the desk is in the upper half of its travel  range, the limit is set for the highest position; If the desk is in the lower half, the limit  is set for the lowest position.
  2. To remove the height limit, move the table to the set high or low position, press  and hold “+” and “-” until a “beep” sound. Or simply reset the desk.  

Error Codes 

Code  Reason Resolution
Loc The touch screen is locked. 

To unlock, press and hold “-” and “M” together for 5 seconds or until the number display reappears.   

To lock, press and hold “+” and “M” together for 5 seconds or until the "Loc" appears.   
Hot Engine is overheated or the desk has been moved continuously for  2 minutes within an 18-minute interval.

Wait for another 18-20 minutes  to cool down.
E05 The desk detects an obstruction—like a chair arm, a cable, or a shelf—while in motion. The desk stops automatically to protect both the motor and your belongings.

1. Clear Obstructions: Carefully check around and under the desk for any small items or cables that might be in the path.

2. Resume Movement: Once the path is clear, press "+“ or "-" again to resume  movement.

How to adjust sensitivity: If your desk stops too frequently, the sensitivity might be set too high. Follow these steps to adjust it:

1. Enter Settings: Press and hold the "M" button for 5 seconds until "S-" appears and starts blinking.

2. Select Sensor Menu: Press the "+" button until the display shows "S-2".

3. Confirm Menu: Press "M" again; "S-2" will stop blinking.

4. Adjust Level: Use the "+" and "-" buttons to change the level.

5. Recommendation: We suggest a sensitivity level of 3 or 4.

Note: Setting it too high may cause the desk to stop too often; setting it too low reduces the safety response.

6. Save & Exit: Press "M" one last time to save your changes and exit the settings menu.
