Domestic and International Shipping
Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 7 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.
US& Canadian Shipping Rates
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $900 within the contiguous United States and Canada. For orders under $900, shipping charges will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your items.
Canadian Orders: Zero Duties
All Canadian orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our local Canadian facility. Because your order does not cross the border during delivery, you will not be charged any import duties, customs clearance fees, or unexpected brokerage charges.
Heavy Item Delivery Details
Because of the solid build and weight of our materials, your order will ship in 2 large, heavy packages to protect the components from transit damage:
- Box 1: Desk frame (approx. 140 lbs)
- Box 2: Desktop and control box (approx. 48 lbs)
Please note: Due to carrier routing, these packages may occasionally arrive 1-2 days apart. Given the weight of Box 1, we highly recommend having a second person available to help you bring it inside.
Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories
If you require shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or other non-contiguous U.S. territories, please contact us directly at contact@marinamantra.com prior to placing your order. Our team will work with you to provide a customized shipping quote and arrange delivery.
International Shipping
At this time, international shipping outside of the U.S. and Canada is unavailable. We are actively working on meeting regulatory and logistical requirements for the EU and Australian markets, and we look forward to expanding our shipping destinations in the near future.
