Flow Desk: 5 Year Limited Warranty

1. Our Commitment

At marinamantra, we stand behind the engineering of the Flow Desk. If any part of your desk fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will make it right. Our goal is to keep your workspace flowing with minimal disruption.


2. Warranty Periods by Component

Motor & Height Adjustment System (Motor, control box, handset) 5 years
Integrated Power Components (Power outlets, USB ports, internal wiring) 1 year
Desktop Work surface (Warping or significant delamination) 1 year 
Accessories (Bunk Table, Cable Clips) 30-Day DOA* Replacement

*DOA--Dead on Arrival (Damaged in Box)


3. What is NOT Covered?

This warranty does not cover issues arising from:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: This includes cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality, such as minor scratches, dents, or faded finishes.
  • Natural Materials: Natural variations in wood grain, texture, or color are inherent to the materials and are not considered defects.
  • Electrical Overload: Malfunctions caused by plugging high-wattage appliances (e.g., space heaters, hair dryers, or high-draw kitchen appliances) into the integrated power strip or USB ports.
  • Improper Assembly: Damage caused by failing to follow the provided installation guide.
  • Overloading: Exceeding the specified maximum weight capacity (132 lbs excluding the desktop) or the power strip's electrical limit.
  • Misuse & Environment: Exposure to standing water, extreme heat, or direct sunlight; overloading the desk beyond the specified weight capacity (132 lbs excluding the desktop).
  • Unauthorized Modifications: Any "hacks," alterations, or repairs made by a third party not approved by marinamantra.
  • Liquid Damage: Any electrical failure caused by spills into the integrated power outlets, USB ports, or control handset.


4. Remedy & Resolution

If a covered defect is confirmed, Flow Desk will, at its sole discretion:

  1. Repair the defective component using new or refurbished parts.
  2. Replace the component or the entire unit with an equivalent model.

Note: Shipping costs for replacement parts are covered for the first 12 months. After one year, the customer is responsible for shipping and handling fees associated with warranty replacements."


5. How to File a Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please provide the following to our support team (contact@marinamantra.com。)

  • Proof of Purchase (Order number or receipt).
  • Visual Documentation: Clear photos or a brief video demonstrating the issue.
  • Description: A short explanation of when and how the issue occurred.


6. Limitations of Liability

Except as provided in this warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by law, marinamantra is not responsible for direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition.

 

7. General Terms

  • Eligibility: This warranty extends solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Governing Law: This warranty and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
