"Loc" Code

An "Loc" Code means your control panel is currently locked.

• To unlock: press and hold "-" and "M" together for 5 seconds until the number display reappears.
• To lock: If you want to prevent accidental movement, press and hold "+" and "M" together for 5 seconds until "Loc" appears on the display.

"E05" Code

If an "E05" code appears, the desk has detected an obstruction.

1. Clear any items above or underneath the desk.
2. Press and hold the "Down" button to reset.

If "E05" appears frequently without an obstruction, your sensor may be set too sensitive. Please view the sensitivity adjustment section on our Controller Adjustment Guide for step-by-step instructions.

Every product is designed and tested for industry-leading safety and durability. That’s why we stand behind our desk with up to a 5-year extended warranty. Aesthetic defects and damage due to misuse of product are not covered.
